Wow that’s all I can say to start. Last August I wrote a review about the iPic at Fulton that was just amazing so today I decided to try the one in Fort Lee, New Jersey. It was honestly day and night. Upon arriving at 7:09pm we were not able to order till 7:30 pm with the food not arriving till 8:45 pm. I was told a mistake had happened and our food was given to a wrong table and we would be taken care of for the mistake. Now I was expecting maybe a entrée or side would be erased instead the only thing taken away was my fiancé’s seltzer water for a night out where I am used to normally paying two hundred dollars plus for amazing service. It was horrible to end up paying the same for horrible service. I want to give the benefit of the doubt and say hey the premiere of Bad Boys 3 is today and they might be a bit more swamped but honestly that is something they should prepare for it should not end up costing me my experience because you were not prepared. As far as ambiance it was a genuinely beautiful place but after what I ended up feeling it didn’t matter to me. It’s going to be a SHOULD NOT GO.
